Duties: Assistant Dean Lartonoix is responsible for managing college research. He assists faculty with research needs, such as grant writing. He is also responsible for academic issues such as reputation and accreditation and serves as arts liason to the community.

Duties: Budgets for auxiliary, grants, interdisciplinary research awards, material and supply/equipment fees, and concession.  Assists PIs with grant proposals, cost transfers, and grant issues.

Jo Ann Smith

Research Development Associate of Research
Duties: Dr. Smith is CAH's point person for locating funding sources, proposal narrative and budget development. She provides faculty technical assistance in regards to the pre-award process from identifying funding sources to the early development, writing, and submission of a grant proposal. She also assists faculty in working on collaborative projects across multiple UCF Colleges.
